
Let me be honest with you….
I never knew how to cook salmon until i found this recipe and Oh Boy…
It changed not only my life but also our whole family’s diet!
The reason why i never learned how to cook salmon was simply out of fear, not knowing what to do and how…. and simply because i was too lazy to get all the fancy ingredients to even begin making one but THIS is the most easiest, salmon recipe ever that i actually prefer this over any restaurant made dishes!
You don’t need any fancy ingredients to make the best baked salmon. This is a healthy salmon marinade, and most definitely is not lacking in flavor!
And The best part? There is no marinating required! All you need is:
- -🐟 4 Salmon slices
- – 🍋 2TBSp Juice
- – 🍶 Olive Oil 2 TBSp
- – 🌱 Fresh Parsley 2 TBSp
- – 🍯 Dijon Mustard 1/2 TBSp
- – 🍶 3 Crushed 🧄 cloves
Because i have mentioned dijon, it doesn’t mean that it’ll taste like mustard…
Trust me when i say that my husband is a picky eater and he didn’t even notice the taste of it!
In fact: when i mentioned that i’ve included dijon mustard in it, he was in shock!
p.s. he doesn’t like mustard yet this is his favourite dish and always is his first suggestion when i ask him what he’d like for dinner 😀
